Dear S____,
Thanks for writing to us.
First of all I’d like to tell you shortly who we are. We are not a parish! This blog and the website is a fruit of the personal experience of a group of people that left the NCW.
Some of us have been in this pseudo-catholic movement (though they don’t like being called a movement) for more than 10 years, others less, some has even been cathechists!
After leaving it, some of us felt the Christian duty to inform other catholics of the danger that the NCW is spreading into the Church, we decided to create a website and open a blog. We are "fighting" with these folks trying to explain the reasons of our work and information. I don’t know how much you understand Italian but everything in our web is well documented and never, I repeat never, anybody of the NCW participating on the blog has been able to refute even a line of it.
Obviously it’s hard to talk with them because all they want to do is just denigrate the truth and possibly us! A good example is an Italian man living in Australia, a Francesco P____ (son of NC parents), declared atheist or something like that, who a few months ago did everything possible to reveal the identity of the non-NC bloggers. Not only but he created a parallel blog trying to destroy our activity.
Here in Italy, especially in Rome, this movement has been very prolific and it’s hard to find a Parish without their presence. We have to travel to other Parishes in order to avoid NC celebrations held by their own priests.
This is pretty much about us. If you have any personal or group (your Parish in Australia) experience that you want to share with us we will be very happy to post it on our web site in the section dedicated to the testimonies. If u want u can participate in our blog as well. Don’t worry if u can’t write in Italian. Some of us speak English and we can translate your posts in Italian. We’ll keep in touch!
For now the peace of Christ be with all us.

Hi S____,
I was the one who updated the English-language wikipedia page about the NC Way (but NCW members are fighting it, editing it to wipe out every non-praising note; more on later).
I also support the Italian group of La Verità sul Cammino neocatecumenale; I was the one who translated excerpts of The Church Mouse web pages to publish them on our web site. We got news about your Redfern parish by an Italian who works in Sidney. He wrote to us (in Italian) stating that the aboriginals of Redfern were not that innocent. The most ugly things were alleged about fragments of the Holy Communion that some aboriginal woman gave to a Buddhist friend, or even to her dog. Other were related to the nuns (he called them ‘some 50 white non-aboriginal former-nuns’) who allegedly prayed to have John Paul II quickly die, and some ‘Our Lord’s Last Supper’ painting allegedly representing female characters only. We are against the NCW for doctrinal and liturgical reasons. ‘Doctrinal’, because they propagate lots of errors (mostly resembling protestant heresies), and ‘liturgical’ because their liturgies contain lots of abuses (against all common recommendations of Roman Missal and other liturgical books and documents).
We also highlight their ‘cult-like’ organisation and methods, which are a direct consequence of those errors.
When I happened to read your pages, I found that those events involving NCW priests at Redfern resembled events that happened here in Italy. The Church Mouse website did not report anything about NCW heresies.
Cardinal Martini did not accept the NCW mobs in the diocese of Milano; anyways, he never gave public statements about the reasons, and he even participated to a few NCW events. Most Bishops and Cardinals who reject the NCW, do it only to avoid having people requesting for punishment to NCW priests and communities.
Thus, it happens that a Bishop prohibits the NCW, his successor allows the NCW to establish in the diocese, and the successor Bishop may have hard time to get them out (like in the recent Japanese Bishops case).
… Wikipedia … can be edited by anyone who has internet access. News added today, tomorrow may not be anymore available. Thus, it is not a reliable source. I invite you to correct the link to wikipedia on the Church Mouse site, to link to this static page, which will not change in the next year. Please have a look to its ‘Missionary Activity’ section, ‘World Youth Days’ section and so on, reading every footnote to get sources and details.
